Dates of the 2026 CA Final Exam: On December 12, 2025, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) formally released the exam schedule for the CA Final May 2026 session. The announcement states that the tests would take place from May 2 to May 12, 2026.
There will be two groups for the CA Final May 2026 exams. According to the dates provided by ICAI, Group I papers are planned for May 2, 4, and 6, 2026, while Group II papers will take place on May 8, 10, and 12. Important dates for the CA Final May 2026 exams have been released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). There is no late fee for submitting the online exam application form between March 3, 2026, and March 16, 2026. Candidates may still apply after this period until March 19, 2026, however there will be a late fee. From March 20, 2026, until March 22, 2026, there will be a specific adjustment window for modifications to the exam city or medium.

About 15 days prior to the test, ICAI is expected to post the admission cards for the May 2026 CA Final exams on its official website. The admit card will contain important details including the exam dates, location, and candidate information. Please be advised that admittance cards are not sent; instead, they must be obtained online from the ICAI website. Candidates are permitted a maximum of three download attempts. Make sure you download and bring your CA Final Admit Card to avoid any issues on test day.
Expect the CA Final Result for May 2026 to be announced by ICAI, approximately one month after the last exam date.
