May 2026 CA Intermediate Exam Locations: In addition to nine international locations, more than 100 Indian cities host the CA Intermediate test. The official list of exam cities is released by ICAI for each test cycle. This article contains the announced schedule for the CA Intermediate May 2026 tests.
Starting on March 3, 2026, qualified applicants can use the ICAI e-services portal to complete the CA Inter May 2026 test application form. Candidates can select the cities where they would like to take the exam when filling out the form.
Candidates for the CA Intermediate exam will be assigned to their testing locations based on the selections they make on the application. Students living overseas can choose from any of the nine worldwide exam locations in addition to centers located throughout India. After considering pertinent variables, ICAI will make the final allocation of CA Intermediate exam centers for 2026. Notably, there is no extra cost associated with ICAI's assignment of the testing location.

How to Choose CA Intermediate Exam Centres 2026?
To choose your CA Intermediate exam location for the next attempt, go over the following points:
Over time, it has been observed that some candidates commit errors while completing their exam application forms. In certain cases, after submitting the form, they may also wish to modify the exam centre they initially selected. The positive aspect is that ICAI provides a correction window that allows candidates to make such changes without any additional charges. However, this facility is available only once, and no second correction opportunity will be provided, even with a fee.
What modifications are permitted?
Candidates can make changes to details such as their exam centre, selected group, exam medium, or even shift from the old syllabus to the new syllabus. The correction window will be accessible online through the icaiexam.icai.org portal under the candidate’s dashboard.
When allocating exam locations, ICAI takes into account a number of considerations, including candidate safety, seat availability, and preferences. The CA Intermediate admit card, which is made available around two weeks before the test, will include the final exam center assignment.
