CA Intermediate Test Form 2026: On eservices.icai.org, the CA Intermediate test forms for May 2026 will be accessible starting on March 3. Only fully registered students are entitled for the late fee of ₹600 (India) or $10 (international) for submissions made after March 16.
In Indian centers, the exam price is ₹1,500 for one group and ₹2,700 for both groups; in Kathmandu, it is ₹2,200 or ₹3,400; and in foreign centers, it is $325 or $500. March 20–22 is when the rectification window will be open. Group I will take the test on May 3, 5, and 7; Group II will take it on May 9, 11, and 13 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Before applying, candidates must first check the status of their signature and photo on the SSP dashboard.
CA Intermediate Exam Form May 2026
Accessing the ICAI Self-Service Portal: Applicants must use their login credentials to access the ICAI SSP, select the appropriate exam cycle, fill out the application by providing personal information, choosing the exam center and group, uploading a recent photo and signature in accordance with the requirements (JPG, 20–50 KB), and paying the fee online using a debit or credit card or UPI. Verify course enrollment and eligibility (55% aggregate for commerce graduates, 60% for others) and amend profile information prior to previewing and completing the form. Once the submission has been successful, download and print the PDF for your records.
Applications will only be accepted till March 19 and will be subject to a late fee of ₹600 if submitted beyond the usual deadline. Changes to the exam location or media can be changed during the rectification window, which is open from March 20 to March 22. It is anticipated that admit cards will be made available 14 days before to the test. To avoid any problems with rejection, keep all attested documents on hand, including category certificates and mark sheets for Classes 10 and 12.

Candidates must first finish the CA Intermediate registration process and meet the eligibility requirements in order to be eligible for the CA Intermediate exam. Candidates with a background in commerce must have earned at least 55% of the possible points, while those from the arts or sciences must have earned at least 60% from an accredited university. To be eligible to take the CA Intermediate exams, candidates choosing the Direct Entry option must have passed the ICSI or ICWA Intermediate exam.

Step 1: Sign in
Enter your registered ICAI login information to access the official website, icaiexam.icai.org.
Step 2: Verification of the Profile
If necessary, review and edit your profile information before selecting "Apply Now."
Step 3: Finish the application
Carefully fill out all required fields, then click "Save & Preview" to check the completed form.
Step 4: Confirm and Send in
If you need to make changes, select "Back to Form." Click "I Agree" to approve the declaration after all the information is correct, then click "Final Submit" to finish the procedure.
Step 5: Payment of Fees
Use a credit card, debit card, net banking, VISA, or BHIM UPI to pay the CA Intermediate exam cost.
Step 6: Download & Recognition
A confirmation message including the transaction details will show up after the payment has been successfully completed. The submitted exam form should be downloaded and saved in PDF format for future use.

After paying for your CA Intermediate exam fees, be sure to obtain the application form in PDF format right away. A second chance is provided by ICAI, even though many candidates frequently miss the submission deadline. You can still turn in your Intermediate test form after the deadline, but there will be a 600 rupee late fee.

The CA Intermediate admission cards for registered candidates will be made available on the ICAI's official website. The candidate's photo, signature, and other pertinent information will be on each admit card. Please be aware that candidates must download their admit cards online since the ICAI will not be mailing them.
