2. Attested copy of admit card/ mark sheet of Class 12th issued by the respective Board.

Students must download the application, sign it, and upload a passport-sized photo. The chartered accountant or gazetted officer should then testify to it. Once it has been attested, mail it to the ICAI office at the following address:

• ICAI has very rigorous deadlines, and their office will not accept any late submissions of printed PDF exam forms. You should complete the CA Final Exam Form as soon as possible rather than waiting until the deadline.

• Uploading a scanned copy of the Principal's or Member's signed Certificate of Service in.jpg or jpeg file with a resolution of 200 DPI and 100–300 Kb is required.
