The entire cost of the ICAI CA Foundation course is ₹11,300, which includes ₹200 for the prospectus and student journal, ₹1,500 for the exam form, and ₹9,000 for registration. There is also a £400 optional member's journal charge. Additionally, students who choose CA Foundation coaching should budget an additional ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 for tuition.

After completing registration, candidates are required to submit the CA Foundation Examination Form along with the prescribed examination fee. The fee is ₹1,500 for Indian students, ₹2,200 for students appearing from Kathmandu, and $325 for foreign students. Please note that a late fee of ₹600 will be charged by ICAI for delayed submission of the examination form.

There are two ways for students to sign up for the CA Intermediate Course: straight entry or foundation. Students on the foundation route have the option to sign up for both groups at the same time or just one. Graduate students who choose direct entry, however, are required to register for both groups.
The CA Intermediate registration fees for the May 2026 examination are ₹13,000 for a single group and ₹18,000 for both groups. The registration fee must be paid online at the time of enrollment. Candidates opting for the Direct Entry route are mandatorily required to register for both groups.
The cost of the CA Intermediate Exam Form varies according on group selection and location. The costs for Indian students are ₹1,500 for one group and ₹2,700 for both groups. International students pay $325 for a single group and $500 for both groups. Additionally, students who fail to submit their forms before the deadline will be charged a late fee of ₹600.
Students who enroll in the CA Intermediate course via the direct admission option must pay a journal fee of ₹200. To put it briefly, students who enroll via the Foundation method are not required to pay this charge.
The ICAI CA Final course costs ₹38,300 for a single group and ₹39,800 for both. This cost includes the ₹22,000 CA Final registration price as well as the ₹3,300 exam form fee for both groups and the ₹1,800 exam form fee for one group. International students must also pay a $1,650 total cost.

Students must have accomplished their articleship training and both groups of the CA Intermediate course in order to be eligible for the CA Final exams. According to ICAI, the registration price for the CA Final exams is ₹22,000 for Indian students and $1,100 for international students.
Candidates may opt to register for either one group or both groups at the time of application. For the CA Final May 2026 examination, the exam form fee is ₹3,300 for both groups and ₹1,800 for a single group, while overseas candidates are required to pay $550. A late fee of ₹600 will be charged for delayed submission of the examination form. During the latter two years of their training, candidates must finish the Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS) as part of the articleship training requirements. The Advanced Information Technology Program, which costs ₹7,500, and the Management and Communication Skills Program, which costs ₹7,000, are the two required courses. Successful completion of the CA course requires completion of both programs.
Students must complete three years of articleship training in addition to their academic coursework. After completing one or both groups of the CA Intermediate course, one becomes eligible to register for an articleship. In order to participate in the articleship training program, students must pay a registration fee of ₹2,000.
